If you made up all the Angel Delight we produced last year, you could sculpt five exact replicas of the Angel of the North. And eat them.

Our programme has been designed to take the skills you’ve learnt and transform them into a rewarding career. In each of the programme’s three years, we’ll encourage you to experience a Finance function in a different part of our business (more of which later). It’s a great way to help you discover just where your talents lie.

And, because we realise everyone is different, there’s no prescribed route you have to take. We’ll strive to match your talent to our business needs; developing your career as you help us to keep on growing. If it works for the both of us, we’ve found the right role for you.

On top of this, each role you step into will offer you real responsibility from the off. And throughout the programme, we’ll help you work towards a professional qualification of your choice (whether CIMA or ACCA) with each placement tailored to support your studies.

Our biggest offices are within easy reach of London (St Albans and Windsor), but graduates can also work near Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Nottingham and Manchester. With almost 70 sites around the UK, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to move around.
